I scheduled a maintenance appointment for my furnace and was surprised to learn Korte now offers weekend appointments! No more having to take off from work! Forest was my technician and he arrived as scheduled. He did a full check of my furnace, showing me pictures. Very nice, explaining everything he was doing and what he found. I highly recommend Forest!

Boyfriend made an appointment to get a consultation on an estimate for our bathroom remodel. Both came home from work early for the window of someone showing up to our house from 12-4pm. No one ever came. This isn’t the first review I’ve read about the terrible communication that people have with this company. If people are leaving work early to be home for these consultations, the company needs to also respect our appt time and show up. This has also happened a couple years ago when they said they would come back and never did. Unprofessional in my opinion I’m done trying with this company my money will gladly go somewhere else

My experience with Riley the Korte technician was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional , friendly and explained every step he was taking to locate the issue and fix what was causing my electrical problem. All that was done in a timely manner at what I thought was a very reasonable cost. He left no mess behind. He also thanked me for choosing Korte. Very impressive employee of Korte. I would differently recommend Korte to anyone.

Aaron and David did a fantastic job of doing a complete whole house main breaker box replacement in our 50 year old house!! Amazing given the many aspects including coordinating with I&M and replacing all parts including the outside meter connector cables as well as removing old breaker panel inside and making sure all new connections functioned throughout our home...and all in one day!! Also we much appreciated the great coordination from Korte's office personnel from.start to end....great company all the way around!!

I called to have some wiring inspected to see if it was live or not, got the apointment set up and was informed it was $99 for the tech to come on site i agreed to the price and i asked numerous times if there was extra charges once arrived informed there can be which is understandable, the tech and his partner arrive i go over what i needed they grab a ladder and tablet, flashlight, and hit the attic , they are up there for a good 5 minutes and come down go in the basement , makes a couple phone calls , i never seen any tools besides a screw driver in hand for wire testing, the tech comes up and says i have a plan for you todays charge is $277 and quoted was over $10,000 to rewire the whole house and if i got on the service plan , and kept pushing to buy and could not explain the $277 charge or why they whole house had to be redone when the only questionable area was the attic . and stated i had to call into the office, so i did and explained the situation and they said someone would call me back within 48 hours , and when i got the phone call voicemail was left and said if i decide to go with them they would waive the $277 fee , but the question at hand is the wire live or not? And once again all that was left was a high repair bill to replace the whole house and no testing done

We had Korte's add a few plugs, switches, lights and update the breaker box. Tim Federspiel is a non-stop worker and very knowledgeable. He was empathetic towards our needs. We were pleased to have him on our project.

Huge shout out to Korte! From the sales rep to the install techs, I was treated like I mattered even in their busiest time of the year. Rep quickly diagnosed the issue and within one week I now have a brand new unit (they would have had it done faster if I wasn't so indecisive). I now have that stress and anxiety lifted off my shoulders. Thank you Korte Does It All Fort Wayne.

Terrible customer service. The scheduling process is ridiculous- they will call and text you 10 times with different information. I’ve taken time off of work twice to accommodate their scheduled appointments - then they didn’t show up. They will reply to this pretending to be so concerned: trust me, they’re not. There are a lot of great local companies who value customers a lot more.
